Return Information
Before returning the purchased products, please read carefully the following information:
- This form is subject to the general conditions of return that the buyer assumes at the moment of the realization of the purchase.
- The resolution of this form is subject to approval by IBERGRADING.
- If you wish to make a return you must contact the online customer service telephone: 949 320 339 or send an email to info@ibergrading.net to obtain the claim number. Once you have the claim number, filled out and include this form within the package in which you will return the merchandise.
- The return period is 7 working days, counting from the reception of the merchandise. It will be the law of the place where the product has been delivered that determines the days that are considered to be skilful.
- Attach a copy of the purchase invoice to the return form.
- The return will be accepted with the merchandise in its original packaging, unopened, undamaged and with its labels. Do not include seals or labels or write any notation on the packaging.
- Pack the goods with a sturdy wrapping to avoid damage during transportation.
- Prepay the return and send it to the address indicated in the header.
- IBERGRADING will not proceed to the refund of the amount already paid, but will be offered to you the possibility of making another purchase with the same amount, or, if the amount of the new order exceeds the existing one, you will be offered the possibility of paying the difference between the amounts of the returned order and the new one made.
- The return of the postage due will not be accepted.
- We suggest that you keep the proof of the item submission.
- The return of the products broken by the transport will be in charge of IBERGRADING. In this case, the photos with the broken product and box will be sent to our email info@ibergrading.net and the steps indicated by our employees will be followed.
